The provider is ultimately responsible for coding, but we will ensure that there is comfort in the recommendations. We take an unbundled approach to billing. We will never force you to take action if you are not comfortable.

You have complete control. However at Hearcents, we want to make sure that you are able to focus on the clarity of your practice and being the best provider you can be. We will post payments, adjustments and communicate directly with the appointed staff on next steps.
Honesty and Transparency are the core values of Hearcents. We will communicate directly with the appointed staff member(s) to ensure a smooth and timely process to execute your customized plan. We will report directly with the client on progress and performance. We expect to know how we are doing and how to improve.
We can! Is it ideal? Not really! We do not know your practice the way you do. We will work with you to provide the proper contact with a patient.
Once the contract is signed, we will discuss your customized plan and approach to your billing process. We, essentially, begin immediately. We take time to understand your processes and how your practice likes things performed.
You will have a dedicated account manager. But you will not lose contact with Ashley, the owner/operator. Once you have signed on as a client, your practice will be given a dedicated account executive. This person is your primary contact should any questions or concerns arise. You can relax knowing that we have taken the burden of the medical billing process so you can focus on your patient care.

Hearcents was founded based on a service above self-mentality. There was a need, and I volunteered my knowledge and assistance to multiple providers. Some of those providers encouraged me to create what is now known as Hearcents.
Our network is spread across the United States, but the primary location is in Anchorage, Alaska. The time difference does not restrict our work.
